OLERUP XM-ONE Product Description

Olerup XM-ONE is a CE-marked and FDA registered flow cytometry crossmatch test using isolated donor endothelial cells. Each kit contains all the components needed for 4 donor cell isolations. Multiple recipient sera can be tested against each donor. 

Please note that the CE marked Olerup XM-ONE version also includes CD3 and CD19 detection antibodies for parallel T- and B-cell crossmatch testing.

Kit content:

• 16 BD Vacutainer^® Heparin CPT tubes.
• 4 vials of magnetic beads for isolating endothelial precursor cells
• 1 vial of secondary antibodies against IgM
• 1 vial of secondary antibodies against IgG
