HLA-DPB1

PN: KD-PD10.2-1(20) & KD-PD10.2-1(50)

This assay independently amplifies HLA-DPB1 using three pairs of PCR primers in the same amplification tube. The first PCR amplifies genomic DNA from the 5'UTR to intron 1, the second from intron 1 to intron 2, and the third from intron 2 to the 3'UTR. The PCR products do not overlap.

PCR Amplification:
Multiplexed amplification of Exon 1-5.

Sequencing strategy:
Forward and reverse sequencing primers provided for exon 1-5.
