This assay independently amplifies exon 2 and exon 3 of HLA-DQB1 genomic DNA in a single tube.

PCR Amplification:
Multiplexed amplification of Exon 2 and Exon 3.

Sequencing strategy:
Forward and reverse sequencing primers provided for both exons.
