HLA-C

PN: HH-PD3.2-2(20) & HH-PD3.2-2(50)

This assay amplifies HLA-C using two pairs of primers in the same amplification tube. The first PCR amplifies genomic DNA from the 5’UTR to intron 3 and the second PCR amplifies genomic DNA from intron 3 to the 3’UTR. The PCR products do not overlap.

PCR Amplification:
Multiplexed amplification of 5’UTR – Intron 3, and Intron 3 – 3’UTR.

Sequencing strategy:
Forward and reverse sequencing primers provided for exons 1–6.
Forward sequencing primer provided for exon 7.
